These Terms of Use (the “Terms“) are a binding agreement between you and the Pasos App (“Pasos,” “we,” and “us”). By using the Services in any way, you’re agreeing to these Terms, which will remain in effect as long as you use our Services. These Terms include this document and our Privacy Policy.

Certain Services may have additional policies, rules, or conditions (“Additional Terms”), which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using those Services, you agree to follow those Additional Terms as well, so take some time to read everything carefully. The Terms include information about future changes, automatic renewals, limitations of liability, a waiver of your right to participate in a class action, and dispute resolution through arbitration. By signing up for the Services, you agree to receive communications (email, SMS, etc.) regarding your account and transactions. You may opt out of marketing messages, but essential account communications will still be sent. Acceptable Use you agree not to: Infringe on intellectual property rights.

Violate laws or regulations.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities. Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
Attempt to reverse engineer or access restricted parts of the Services.

Mobile Applications & In-App Purchases
By downloading our app from the Apple App Store, you agree to comply with their terms. In-app purchases are handled by the respective store and are non-refundable unless required by store policies. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pasos and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Pasos and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jefferson County, West Virginia. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits. Opt-Out Option You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pasos regarding the Services.
